Erfolgreicher Abschluss der internationalen Privatplatzierung von Aktien der KTM Industries AG

Die Pierer Industrie AG hat im Rahmen einer prospektfreien internationalen Privatplatzierung an qualifizierte Anleger 27.205.398 Aktien der KTM Industries AG veräußert; dies entspricht einer Beteiligung am Grundkapital der Gesellschaft von rund 12,1 %. Zusätzlich wurden Aktien im Ausmaß von rund 0,9 % des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft von Dritten veräußert.
Die Aktien wurden von der Bank Vontobel als Lead Manager zu einem Preis von CHF 4,90 je Aktie platziert.
Die Pierer Industrie AG hält weiterhin eine Beteiligung in Höhe von rund 62,8 % des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft.
