Am 14. Mai 2013 hat Pierer Industrie AG mit der CROSS Informatik GmbH einen Aktienkaufvertrag über den Erwerb von 8.829.777 Aktien der BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG abgeschlossen. Dies entspricht einem Anteil von rund 57,39% am Grundkapital und an den Stimmrechten der BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG. Die Durchführung des Aktienkaufvertrages unterliegt der aufschiebenden Bedingung der Nichtuntersagung des Vollzugs bzw. Genehmigung des Aktienerwerbes durch die zuständigen Kartellbehörden in Österreich und Deutschland.

Pierer Industrie AG wird im nächsten Schritt nunmehr innerhalb von 10 Börsetagen der Übernahmekommission ein entsprechendes Angebot anzeigen.
