Pierer Industrie AG has further expanded its position in Leoni and exceeded 15% of voting rights in Leoni AG.
The strengthening of the position as an anchor shareholder is intended to express that Pierer Industrie supports the course taken by the management of Leoni AG for the development of the company and the focus on wiring systems business. When it comes to future topics, such as digitalization, 5G, electrification, Leoni is represented across the board in full breadth.
